Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, so now, not only as in my presence but much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling, 13 for hit is God who works in you, both to will and to work for his good pleasure

Our lives of obedience are to reflect the way home to the home of the only hope for this world. Our obedience is a daily thing not when we feel like it otherwise the light we are suppose to shine out will be dull and no different to the darkness in this world.

Still been thinking about this.
Grace calls as into obedience to do the good works God has prepared for us to do.
He answered, ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind and, ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.”
