For those who haven’t met Jess before, following is a little about Jess, written by Gavin Henderson.

We are very excited to hear about Jess Egan’s appointment to the SCPC staff in 2022. She will bring with her warmth, enthusiasm and godliness. Jess earnestly follows Jesus and her commitment to serving others, particularly youth and children, is abundantly clear. Jess spent almost 6 months living in Lismore this year, during which time she completed her teaching degree and participated in GC life with us. During her placement at Dunoon Public School, Jess developed a natural rapport with the students and she comfortably slotted into the staff team. She did an outstanding job of preparing and delivering lessons, demonstrating excellent organisational and communication skills.  

Jess is a friendly, considerate and honest person. She got to know other members of our GC, naturally discussing the bible and praying during DNA.  

We know that God will use Jess to promote the gospel to the kids of SCPC and beyond, and we look forward to partnering with her.
