Well – are you?
I am. I’ll tell you why. Michael Raiter – who I’ve loved hearing preach several times before – an outstanding preacher – is speaking on music and singing. Then – we’ll get to sing together – several hundred people (there were 486 people last year!) – a little taste of heaven.
It’s always a highlight.
What about you? What are you looking forward to?
I’m love seeing how excited my boys are about going to NCCC. Personally, I love the music, a chance to hear some good teaching and a game of touch footy or soccer at lunch time with the blokes!
yeah. i love NCCC, really looking 4wd 2 it
ill see ya’s there
Yeah I’m excited Missed out last year due to work which was disappointing but not this year we are sharing a holiday house with Mark and Megan so this gives us a great time to share with each other.
I love hearing Gods word preached true this helps me grow more in the way God needs me to be also spending time with my family listening , learning and growing together in Jesus.
So for those fellas that haven’t considered going please do as this is a good way to begin to lead your family and those that are single its a brilliant way to learn more about our Great God.
And if your looking for something to read to day look at Colossians 3 think about what it is saying and think am I doing this.
I’m really looking forward to going this year because Naomi Reed, who wrote “My Seventh Monsoon” will be there, running the woman’s seminar. After reading her book, I can’t wait to ask her about her mission work in Nepal, and all the stuff she has done there.
Plus I can’t wait to catch up with the friends I made at YC09, to see how they’re going, and (hopefully) that they’re still living for Jesus.
See ya there!!
Most weeks in bible study our practical application is to make God more a part of our week. What better way to keep our priorities God centred than to spend a weekend (or even just a day) hearing from His word by gifted teachers, talking about what we learn and enjoying the company of Christians all over the region?
I’ve never been to NCCC before… but bring it on!
