I reckon Galatians 6:10 is a really helpful verse. It doesn’t say everything but it says enough to be a good guide…
“Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.”
Unpack that verse phrase by phrase and I reckon you’ll find the Holy Spirit guiding you to answers to most if not all of your questions (much better him than me :).
