Blokes Go Bangalow
Give thanks for the Blokes go Bangalow event, that the men and boys of our church have been able to take time to wrestle with what it practically means to follow Jesus and how that can change their lives.
Youth and HSC Students
Pray for the term ahead at Youth that our high schoolers will grasp what it means to live life on God’s terms, not our own, as they work through the Deuteronomy series. Pray for our Year 12 youth, James Hewett, Martin King, Zac King and Calvin Johnson, that as they undertake the HSC, they will remember that God has met all our needs in Christ.
Rachel
Pray for our Global Mission Partner, Rachel, and our whole church family as we connect with Rachel this week. Pray that we can listen and understand how God works though missionaries and through the relationships that Rachel has established in Eurasia for Jesus.
James Murphy’s Homecoming
As this chapter of his journey closes, pray that James will be able to show God’s love to those who have cared for him so well at Royal Rehab. For the next stage of the journey, pray that James will keep his eyes on Jesus and not fear what lies ahead, knowing that his loving God is in control and will show him the way. Pray also for choosing the right carers who will be part of his everyday life.
