Food for Thought Movie & Dinner
There is still time to book tickets for yourself and your friends to see ‘For the Love of God’, at Lismore Cinema on June 27. You get to choose your own venue for dinner! If you need help to book tickets, drop into the church office during the week.
Family World Cup Soccer Day
On Sunday 1st July, we will be holding an SCPC version of World Cup Soccer for the whole family. We’d love you to invite your friends. The Kids Church program will be run with a World Cup Soccer theme and family activities will take place after the morning gathering, finishing with a free sausage sizzle lunch.
Spur conference, Mt Tamborine Sept 7-9
At SPUR, we’re praying to the Lord of the harvest to raise up godly men and women to be the next generation of gospel workers. SPUR is a weekend run by the MTS & AFES and it is designed to help people consider whether they might go into full time paid harvest work.
Newcomers Lunch
If you’re new at Southern Cross, we want to meet you and help you feel at home. Please join us for a newcomers lunch at the Playsted’s place, 12:30pm on Sunday 8th July.
Aussie Sunday Lunch
This is an opportunity to give international students an experience of Christian hospitality in an Australian setting. If you would like to host some international students for an Aussie Sunday lunch on 8th July, 12pm to 3pm, grab a form from the Community table and drop it in the everything box.
