Same-same But Different
Following on from our Same-Sex Attraction Equip night last year, we‘re looking to start a support group for those who experience same-sex attraction and want to live as faithful Christians. The first meeting will be at Pete & Suzie’s place at 7:30pm on Thursday 23rd March. Anyone who experiences same-sex attraction is welcome.
Newcomers Lunch
If you’re new at Southern Cross, we want to meet you and help you to feel at home. Please join us for a newcomers lunch at the Playsted’s, 12pm this Sunday 26th March.
Playground Duty
Due to some concerns from the school and our desire to be good tenants we’ve decided it would be wise to have a couple of people on “playground duty” during morning tea. If you’d like to serve in this way, please grab a friend, put your names down on the roster, and grab a copy of the job description, both on the Community Table. We even have a fluro safety vest for you to wear!

Daylight Saving Ends 2nd April
You’ll have an extra hour to get ready for church the following Sunday 2nd April if you remember to wind you clocks back an hour for the end of daylight saving.
Good Friday and Easter Sunday
Easter flyers will be available from the Community Table this Sunday for you to invite your friends to church this Easter. Our Good Friday gathering will be at 9:30am on 14th April and Easter Sunday gatherings at 9:30am and 6pm on 16th April.
