Year 6 Night at Youth
This Friday 31st March, year 6 kids get a chance to come along to Youth and get a taste of what to expect next year. It all happens from 7-9pm at Lismore High.
Daylight Saving Ends
You’ll have an extra hour to get ready for church this Sunday 2nd April if you remember to wind you clocks back an hour for the end of daylight saving!
SCG Light Lunch
Bring finger food to share for a light lunch each first and third Sundays at Southern Cross Goonellabah, 12pm. Light Lunch on this Sunday, 2nd April.
Kid’s Church Holiday Helpers
During each school holidays we give our regular Kid’s Church team a break and recruit other helpers to share in the joy of serving at Kid’s Church. See Lyn this Sunday.
Term 2 Roster + Playground Duty
The draft Term 2 roster will be on the Community table for you to check this Sunday. It includes the roster for playground duty at morning church. Please check and arrange swaps if needed.
Good Friday and Easter Sunday
As Easter approaches, we’re reminded of the incredible grace and mercy that led Jesus to the cross for us. Let’s be looking for opportunities to share that with our friends this Good Friday and Easter Sunday. Grab some Easter flyers from the Community Table.
Term 2 & 3 Soup Making
Every second week at night church throughout terms 2 & 3 we serve soup and support the Lismore Soup Kitchen via donations. If you are able to make a big pot of soup once a term, please add your name to the soup-makers list on the Community table.
